Ski Mountain Lodge - Gatlinburg

liked every detail about my really great 1 night stay here. good little and clean room with a view was enjoyable.

It was all superb.

My room was incredibly comfortable and beautiful thanks to the amazing staff. The room with a view. Location: the hotel was really close to Gatlinburg, downtown, and the ghetto. A cool bonus was nearby Bennett's Pit Bbq, that offered tea and coffee.

We had the Triple Room with Balcony and it was spacious, felt just like home! Loved the exciting bear sighting on our way in.

It was just an ideal choice for exploring town in Gatlinburg with high value for money. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Bring your own snacks since there's no breakfast available.

Free parking and fast check-in were great. Decor felt cheap and poorly done.

The bed was super comfy, and I loved how the decor fit the Smoky Mountains vibe! There were great spots to relax by the fire pit and in the hot tub after a day of exploring. The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit inconsistent, but it didn't ruin my stay. 😊

Staying here was enjoyable for our family, especially like the cozy atmosphere and the easy access to the local attractions. The kids loved the nearby parks and trails, offering plenty of outdoor fun. We felt safe with the coded entry system.

In my wife's opinion, the place would benefit from more kid-friendly amenities.

The rooms offered great privacy and seemed like a home. We saw a bear on the way in, a thrill for the whole group. We also explored Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the nearby aquarium, both are must-sees! Highly recommend for a fun, group getaway.

Only downside was the middle room having no air conditioning, made us leave the door open for fresh air. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning .

The front desk staff provided excellent service, responding quickly to any requests I had. I appreciated the clean and tidy nature of the room.

The decor felt outdated, with missing wall art and wooden boards, giving the room a neglected vibe. Bedding quality left much to be desired. The thin quilt did no favors for warmth. The lack of privacy curtains meant light streamed in during early mornings. The comfort left gaps that might not suit everyone's preferences.

The location is great and super close to everything, all within walking distance. The small double room was clean, a big plus. The staff member was really friendly and helpful.

The local eats really stole the show! We hit up Bennett's Pit BBQ for some smokin' brisket that knocked our socks off. Plus, the quaint Crockett's Breakfast Camp had us drooling over those giant pancakes! Oh, and the small double room was clean, a big plus.
